As our Customer Service Executive, you'll be managing the relationship with our valued customers, hearing their voice and applying the knowledge learned into practical improvements to our service and business.
What you'll be doing:
- Provides high-quality customer service to customers to ensure smooth flow of inquiries and complaints
- Give constant direction to new starters within the team and ensuring that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to on time and in the best way possible
- Be the bridge in between honestbee shoppers and customers by responding to and promptly resolve customer complains
- Motivates, coaches, trains and directs new starters for customer service team on the best ways and approaches to attend to customers’ needs based on the SOPs
What are we looking for?
- Interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Careful listening and attention to details
- Ability to quickly analyze and and solve problems
- Fluent in Japanese language
