Assist customers with beauty product inquiries and make product recommendations
Handle level 2 customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
Create tickets for complex cases and perform troubleshooting
Use discretion for level 3 escalations to avoid similar occurrences
Lead team in making successful promotions, sales, and retention opportunities
Manage and maintain customer data and information
Coordinate with other departments for complaints handling, order processing, and product shipping
