As a customer service lead agent, you cover three critical tasks:

  • Customer service – from answering product questions to resolving customer complaints

  • Sales and retention – winning new customers and keeping them for good

  • Management – performing administrative tasks and coordinating with other departments

How You Spend Your Eight Hours

  • Assist customers with beauty product inquiries and make product recommendations

  • Handle level 2 customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively

  • Create tickets for complex cases and perform troubleshooting

  • Use discretion for level 3 escalations to avoid similar occurrences

  • Lead team in making successful promotions, sales, and retention opportunities

  • Manage and maintain customer data and information

  • Coordinate with other departments for complaints handling, order processing, and product shipping
