Peek is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our world-class customer service team. The ideal candidate adapts well to a fast-paced environment, demonstrates flexibility as timelines and priorities change, and provides a high degree of service and responsiveness to our existing and potential customers.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this position is based in San Francisco, California.

Responsibilities:

  • Delight our customers with world-class service over phone and email
  • Own customer issues and escalate to appropriate channels when needed
  • Collaborate with our activity providers to ensure memorable travel experiences for our customers
  • Drive the success of our product and partners by voicing customer needs

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated record of providing amazing customer service, preferably with phone and/or email support
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new programs and software quickly. Experience using help desk or customer success software (e.g. Zendesk, Desk, Salesforce) a huge plus
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
