Requirements

Your daily activities as Customer Support Specialist (Indonesian Speaker) will be:

• Provide client support through phone, chat and email
• Review website contents and perform content translations
• Control the pending applications
• Request required documentations from the client
• Resolve tasks from the Compliance department

You are best for this role if you:

• Passionate about people engagement
• Well versed in English & Indonesian language
• Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
