As a Finnish Speaking Customer Success Agent at Liberis Group you play an important role in the customers lifecycle. You will manage the customers journey of all deals, post sales, through a swift decision. You will manage incoming sales and questions coming through different channels. Do not mix this with a customer service role, you will be managing the Finnish market.
You will be giving the HQ feedback, improvement ideas and change-suggestions.
