Looker is seeking technically savvy Data Analytics Experts to audit and enhance current Looker implementations, articulate the applications best practices to business and technical users, as well as evaluating and consulting on additional analytics use cases for Looker clients. In this role, you will collaborate with the account management, customer success, and services teams to optimize and expand upon on the current client implementations of Looker software and LookML models. You will learn and articulate the breadth of the capabilities of our products and modeling language (LookML), and communicate this knowledge to our customers as a critical participant in our customers’ ultimate success. You will demonstrate new product functionality and assist in development tactics and strategies to increase new feature usage in existing accounts, as well as providing feedback to help shape product development by communicating customer feature requests, use cases, and issues to the engineering and product teams.
