Our Customer Success Team is looking for a hard-working, energetic, customer centric professional with a strong sense of curiosity that loves to help their customers! As the Voice of Customer (VOC) within our organization you’ll play an instrumental role in driving our customers’ success.
As a Customer Success Associate, you will be the face of Leonardo for an assigned group of customers. Working with your customers (hotels) from big brands like IHG, Choice, as well independent brands, you will play a key role in helping them drive more direct bookings at a lower cost with Vizlly (Leonardo’s Digital Marketing System).
This is a great opportunity for someone with outstanding customer facing skills, who is looking to grow further as a Customer Success professional.

In addition to all of the above, it would be considered a definite asset if you bring any of the following to the table: Experience with Salesforce.com, Google AdWords Certified, Google Analytics Certified, CHDM Certified.
