Customer Success Associate

Our Customer Success Team is looking for a hard-working, energetic, customer centric professional with a strong sense of curiosity that loves to help their customers! As the Voice of Customer (VOC) within our organization you’ll play an instrumental role in driving our customers’ success.

As a Customer Success Associate, you will be the face of Leonardo for an assigned group of customers. Working with your customers (hotels) from big brands like IHG, Choice, as well independent brands, you will play a key role in helping them drive more direct bookings at a lower cost with Vizlly (Leonardo’s Digital Marketing System).

This is a great opportunity for someone with outstanding customer facing skills, who is looking to grow further as a Customer Success professional.



  • Act as an extension of the customers’ marketing team. Share digital marketing expertise with your customers to help them drive more direct bookings at a lower cost (our Vizlly brand promise).
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert by staying abreast of SEO and digital marketing principles. Work with internal groups as needed to triage and resolve customer’s inquiries.
  • Drive the overall success of your Vizlly customer portfolio by executing retention and revenue expansion initiatives to ultimately grow customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Proactively engage with all of your customers throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Become a Vizlly product expert and help customers leverage Vizlly to better engage and convert online travel shoppers.
  • Closely monitor the performance of your customers’ websites and provide recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the team and the accomplishment of team goals and key performance metrics.

  • A desire to learn, you adapt and perfect your work, you seek out help and put it to good use.

  • Computer savvy and technical aptitude is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Although a strong digital marketing and SEO knowledge background is desired, a desire to learn this to help your customers is even more important.

In addition to all of the above, it would be considered a definite asset if you bring any of the following to the table: Experience with Salesforce.com, Google AdWords Certified, Google Analytics Certified, CHDM Certified.
