POSITION SUMMARY
As a Customer Success Coordinator at Actriv, you will undertake a variety of tasks such placement of employees, filling and replacing contract needs, building and updating schedules and calendars, replacing callouts, etc. You will also ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws regarding employment. Successful candidates for Customer Success Coordinator will be excellent communicators, able to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors. They should ideally have experience in hiring and onboarding as well as other human resources procedures. The goal is to ensure that the company’s staffing requirements are always met and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment.




Responsibilities

  • Obtain detailed assignment information from customers and utilize it to provide effective customer service.
  • Schedule/Coordinate client care staff according to clinical staff competence by assign qualified staff to clients appropriately.
  • Managing daily, weekly and monthly client orders.
  • Manage/Develop work schedules by allocating employees open shifts and assignments.
  • Troubleshoot to resolve the problems or complaints of customers and employees.
  • Accurately enter and maintain data relative to scheduling using company software.
  • Assist new employees in acclimating to facility policies, procedures and routines
  • Provide customer service to clinical staff and clients.
  • Strictly oversee and implement client contact requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulation.
  • Create shift reports.
  • Create timecard and shift reminders.
  • Conduct routine maintenance to database.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as scheduler/staffing coordinator, telesales, call center, or similar position
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practices
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Teams and CRM Database systems
  • Knowledge in Medical terminology ideal
  • Reliable transport and absolutely dependable
  • Fully Vaccination
