Apptimize is revolutionizing mobile app development by offering our customers a way to customize and improve their mobile apps live, without coding and without redeployment.

We provide an end­-to­-end solution for mobile product managers to edit any element of an app and evaluate its effectiveness. This approach can dramatically improve the bottom line of our customers through better user acquisition, upsells, engagement and virality. Our customers include many innovative and successful mobile product companies, such as Vevo, Flipagram, Runtastic and Hotel Tonight.

We are looking for an energetic, curious, individual to join our growing Customer Success team and support our customers. In this role you’ll reproduce customer reported issues, troubleshoot to find the problem and respond to the customer quickly and efficiently. You will help feed learnings and product improvement ideas back to the product team as well as make suggestions for improved knowledge base content and product documentation. We are also looking for experience and interest with coding tools like xcode (Objecive C/Swift), Android App development (Java), Python, so that you can create simple tools/test apps that help your troubleshooting investigations.

troubleshoot customer app integrations and product configurations figuring out why unexpected behavior is being seen.
respond directly to customers explaining how the product works or why an issue is being encountered and what to do to prevent it.
write up bug reports on issues your customers encounter so they can be prioritized by the product team and fixed by engineering
review product documentation and make suggestions for improving it to minimise customer issues
create tools and test apps to get the information you need to identify and troubleshoot issues.

interest and desire to help people and answer their questions/get them on their way
great technical problem solving skills
experience with at least one of iOS development, Android development, or script/tool development
experience building and/or reverse engineering a mobile phone app
love of/passion for mobile products and app design & development
experience interacting with the full range of customers, both technical and non-technical
