We are looking for an addition to our Customer Success team. This role takes over once the sales cycle is complete and is in charge of ensuring the onboarding of new customers runs smoothly, as well as following up with the customer to ensure product adoption.
You will be trained in our current customer success methods and protocols as well as our easy-to-use recruitment platform. This job will require problem solving abilities and flexibility in schedules, planning, and solutions. This job also involves attending/supporting events, some of which are after hours and on weekends.
