Customer Success Intern


PopUp Play is an award-winning technology startup based in Austin, Texas. We empower kids to create their own toys. Using our fun, touch-based app, kids and families create custom playhouse designs that we deliver on-demand to their doorstep in days. We won the 2016 SXSW Accelerator Pitch Competition, are a Techstars company, and will appear on Shark Tank on January 27th!

We are looking for a capable and passionate customer success intern who can handle fast-moving, high-pressure projects and stay calm and collected. You will have the opportunity to work and learn many different aspects of our growing company.

Responsibilities (AKA The super cool stuff that you get to do):

  • Manage communication with customers and fans on social media content across facebook and twitter.
  • Contribute to the happiness of PopUp Play customers by responding to phone and email questions.
  • Coordinate sales related projects including research.
  • Support other sales and marketing-related needs as requested.
  • You have previous startup experience.
  • You can write for consumer audiences (especially parents and kids)
  • You have an interest in kids and STEM education
  • You communicate well with kids under age 9 -- and their parents
