As a Customer Success intern, you’ll assist the Marketing team in inspiring our customers, making their experience outstanding and uncovering their needs.

Job description:

  • Be the voice of Rythm to customers:
    • Answer customer needs & questions via phone calls, tickets and emails
    • Provide all customers with valuable, highly-personalized support
    • Answer and solve technical support questions by closely working with technical teams and acquiring deep product knowledge

  • Be the voice of customers to the Rythm teams:
    • Consolidate and analyze various support feedbacks to share insightful data & recommendations to the different teams

  • Help improve Rythm current support process:
    • Actively ensure our Help Center and Wiki is up-to-date, by editing existing articles and creating new ones as needed
    • Give recommendations to turn our customer onboarding process into a one-in-a-lifetime experience
    • Identify ways to better empathize and engage with customers

  • Participate in Marketing actions related to Dreem customers:
    • Help manage the shipping process of our Dreem headbands
    • Help the Marketing Team to create, implement and execute powerful customer surveys
    • Execute content marketing strategies (e.g. taking photos at an event, drafting ad-hoc articles), to improve our support content and customer engagement
    • Help organize marketing actions or events to improve customer engagement
  • Help manage the shipping process of our Dreem headbands
  • Help the Marketing Team to create, implement and execute powerful customer surveys
  • Execute content marketing strategies (e.g. taking photos at an event, drafting ad-hoc articles), to improve our support content and customer engagement
