Putting our customers' success above all else. The Customer Success team is essential to any subscription based business model, and the CSM role is a critical piece. Ensuring that our customers' are getting the most value out of our platform and taking advantage of the offering in the best possible way. The CSM is a trusted advisor in a domain that is largely wide open. Strong propensity to build relationships and drive value through a consultative approach. Ability to drive expansion business and renewals based on the level of strategic direction we are providing our customer base.

This person needs to be a thought leader, negotiator, and consultant with our customers' interests at the forefront.
