Customer Success Manager, Learning Solutions
This role will be based in either San Francisco or Carpinteria depending on which location the applicant chosen for the role is currently residing.
At LinkedIn Learning, the Customer Success Manager works to drive proper adoption and usage of the LinkedIn Learning product, ultimately providing the highest level of customer delight and value. You will also partner with members of the cross-functional account team to execute tactics that support the greater company strategies for account retention and growth.
