As a Customer Success Manager at MixRank:
You will continue to build and scale our current processes and procedures that make up customer support, training and overall success with our product.
You will lead the day to day customer interactions via channels such as Salesforce and Fresh Desk.
You will be a highly visible leader, the voice of our clients and will work closely with Sales, Operations, and Engineering to optimize the user experience and lifecycle of each customer.
We are a lean, high energy team and in this role there is a ton of opportunity for ownership and impact.
