Customer Success Manager

We’re looking for a talented customer success manager to work with our tier 1 customers in our Tallinn office. In this role, you’ll work with our awesome customer success team to actively transform customer experience within Pipedrive. Your new adventure:

  • Be the go-to person for some of our largest customers in the APAC region
  • Ensure these customers feel looked after and have a fantastic experience using Pipedrive
  • Professionally balance customer expectations and requests with business outcomes
  • Make challenging conversations constructive by suggesting solutions to enable customers to grow their businesses
  • Develop intimate relationships with a portfolio of customers, understanding their business and what’s important to them while aligning Pipedrive to these outcomes
  • Ensure customers get the most out of Pipedrive
  • Prepare and deliver world-class quarterly business reviews to understand where customers excel and where they might need support 
  • Collaborate with other teams like marketing, sales and product to ensure we show up as one team
  • Onboard customers and perform post-purchase product training
  • Regularly hold meetings with key stakeholders to ensure goals are metIdentify new sales opportunities (up or cross-selling)
  • Actively contribute to the voice of customer initiatives, provide customer feedback to other teams, help with prioritization and follow through to resolution
  • Drive onboarding for newly hired team members and act as a role model
  • Assist colleagues in handling complex customer requests with expertise and communication skills 
  • Report gaps in operational process and partner with team leads and senior managers to foster a culture of service improvement across the department 
  • Participate in internal projects to improve processes and systems

Does this sound like you?

  • A desire to work with a diverse portfolio of customers looking to grow their businesses using Pipedrive  
  • 2+ years of proven experience in customer success with evidence of growing customer accounts, solving challenges and problems, negotiating and value-based selling
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A customer-oriented mindset: you understand what makes people tick and want to help them succeed
  • A skill for spotting patterns: you notice when several people have similar issues and are happy to help solve them
  • A bachelor’s degree or work experience in customer success is strongly preferred
  • You understand SaaS and have experience with CRM
  • You’re willing to work morning shifts for the APAC region (6am–2pm) 
  • You’re an experienced negotiator – not just with prices but also annually vs. monthly, with tiers and add-ons, etc.
