Customer Success Manager

We are recruiting for a Customer Success Manager with a strong background in big data platforms, enterprise architecture . Customer Success Managers play a key role in Quantexa by being the voice of the customer internally as well as helping our customers develop and execute upon their data and architectural strategies, enabling them to do more with our technology. You will obsess daily over our customers’ roadmaps and their journeys towards using the power of Quantexa across the enterprise.

What You'll Do

  • Be a strategic advisor to the executive level of our customers and prospects, including CIOs, CDOs and CCOs.
  • Understand our solutions and how they can fit into a customer’s architectural environment.
  • Have influence, direction and assurance over our customers future roadmap – this should include their solution, architectural and data strategy.
  • Work across the customer lifecycle through onboarding, delivery and BAU of our customers lifecycle alongside our delivery and product management team to drive customer outcomes.
  • Drive cyclical engagement (e.g. quarterly reviews) to measure, track and deliver business value to the clients.
  • Establish consultative and trusted relationships with clients, guiding them on the steps needed for them to realise. incremental value from their investment in Quantexa.
  • Understand client business goals and anticipate future opportunities.
  • Understand new product requirements, feed these back to R&D to influence Quantexa’s product roadmap.
  • Ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Cultivate the correct environment (technical and business) for upselling and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Drive planning sessions to ensure clients are able to fully realise the value from Quantexa.

Requirements

In order to be considered for the role:

  • An accomplished digital transformation leader
  • Extensive hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience of data programs
  • Track record in enterprise software company/companies, with experience dealing with C-level executives at tier-1 organisations
  • Experience in defining architectural and data strategies as part of ‘Big Data’ initiatives or complex IT programs
  • Experience in Compliance, AML, Fraud, Risk or MDM technologies an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence client strategy and to set client visions
  • The ability to partner and work with dispersed teams to bring the best of Quantexa to our clients
  • Effectively deal with difficult and challenging situations
  • Strategic and analytical thinker who can transition between strategy and detail conversations when required
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced scaleup organisation

You should have experience with some of the below:

  • Entity resolution / name matching / record linkage / MDM technologies
  • Graph databases / graph analytics technologies
  • Big data technologies
  • Financial crime / compliance technologies
  • Experience with some of the technologies within our stack, such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, Elastic Search, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, Scala, Spring Boot etc
  • Experience with one or more cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
