EV-Box is the global market leader in Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and related cloud-based services, with an installed base of over 30,000 charging points around the world. EV-Box offers the safest, fastest and user-friendly charging experience to electric vehicle owners, businesses and electricity providers. We are building cloud services and apps that will charge the car when energy is cheapest, that can feed back energy to the house when energy is expensive while keeping the car sufficiently charged for everyday use.

Just like the automobile replaced the horse and carriage, so will electric vehicles replace combustion-based automobiles. A charging point at every parking spot, an Electric Vehicle for every home. The company has been profitable since it's foundation in 2009, we have recently acquired a significant investment from Gilde Private Equity to further grow our team, fuel hardware innovation, software development and our international rollout. And it's our mission is to rid the world of combustion-based vehicles.

 

Role

As an INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER you play a pivotal role in the team. You will work in the international sales team, our international sales people and business partners count on you as ambassador and point of contact. You support the onboarding of new customers, ensuring they are happy. 

On a daily basis, you will have lots of contact with international colleagues, help resolve questions and support in planning and coordination. You are part of the team and the success. Everyone remembers their conversation with you, because your communication was professional, friendly and fun. Because of your high standards of organisation and structure, you get stuff done and support our quest to rid the world of petrol-based cars.

 

Responsibilities

  • Improve customer service experience, created engaged customers, facilitate organic growth
  • You do whatever it takes to make international sales team that you are part of successful, as well as our partners
  • ​Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Focus on up-sell /cross-sell to our grow our business and avoid churn
  • Making quotations based on input from sales colleagues and partners
  • Generate lead lists based on the opportunities from your sales colleagues
  • Keeping our CRM up-to-date and document customer service actions and communications
  • Proactive communication, keeping partners, customers and team members informed
