Customer Success Representative

Livestream is looking for a tenacious customer success representative to join our account management team.  Our customer success organization is a team of passionate, commercially-minded people who are fanatical about client service, and are relentlessly committed to helping our customers succeed by any means necessary. Our customer success representatives help nurture Livestream’s existing customer base to improve customer engagement, grow accounts, and drive renewals.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage pipeline of upcoming account renewals
  • Identify and pursue account growth areas
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue objectives
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of Livestream products and customer needs in order to grow existing relationships and to anticipate and prevent cancellations


  • Hands on experience, understanding, and working knowledge of video production
  • One year of customer service, inside sales, or sales development experience
  • Excellent communicator with an outgoing personality
  • Highly motivated and self-driven to achieve personal and team goals
  • Organized
