Job Description: The Customer Success Specialist owns one of Qualia's most important functions, growing our customer base. You will work as a member of a team to manage our customer's onboarding and continual engagement. This role makes sure that all of our customers get up and running as smoothly as possible. Onboarding specialists love getting the details right. As a member of this team, you will be a set-up guru. You need to have a strong desire to see customers succeed and gain value from our platform. You have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that you work with.
- Prior experience in Customer Support equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention is a plus, but not necessary.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented and analytical.
- Strong team player but still a self-starter.
- Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
