Summary

 As a Customer Success Specialist (CSS), you will showcase your “Customer First” attitude, passion for service, and enjoyment of learning new technologies. As part of this exciting role, the CSS is accountable for maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships through the advocacy and realization of customer goals as well as increasing the adoption and utilization of our products. You will become a specialist on our customers and products and make suggestions for customer adoption and growth while working closely with the Sales and Customer Support teams. 

Requirements

  • Develop deep knowledge of end-to-end customer system - Use our application, dashboards, and company tools to monitor performance, correct issues, and support customers
  • Attend customer-facing meetings, take notes, capture issues and actions, and work with the account team for the best approach to execute deliverables
  • Analyze and report on data from customer pilots and current deployments, and work with support to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Build bridges and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop deliverable plans and help hold internal resources accountable to commitments 
  • Support and help direct troubleshooting activities, ensure actions are closed in a timely fashion 
  • Work with a greater team to exceed customer expectations 

This is a full time role. We would be prefer candidates in the Bay area, but will consider highly qualified candidates outside the area. 

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science (Associate or Bachelors degree)
  • Knowledge of IoT systems
  • Experience working with Enterprise/key accounts 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, within a team, and across multi-disciplinary departments (hardware, cloud, mobile app, support, logistics)
  • Ability to analyze system outputs and identify nonconformance
