to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
This Customer Care - Team Lead position is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers through the daily management of a team of employees to include hiring, motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, counseling, training, and problem-solving.
Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting the Business Partners with process development, KPI analysis, and implementation of staffing, training, including reward/recognition programs.

- Decision-making skills
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
