The Customer Support Agent or CSA is the front line for customer care and technical support at Sonicbids and thus essential to the success of the business. A CSA’s main goal is to assist, educate, and to go above and beyond to solve our customer’s problems. In addition they collect useful customer feedback and ideas in order to communicate this up the chain into the Product department. A CSA is awake, technical, helpful and friendly. They work well as a team, treat customers and coworkers alike with the highest respect, and search for new ways to improve the customer experience, improve our backend systems, and to make Sonicbids a more profitable and unique business.
