Customer Support Engineer

We are looking for an Engineer to join our Customer Support team and actively interact with the vibrant maritime community using our services and with the developers consuming our data products.


The Customer Support Engineer will:

  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
  • Understand how to actively engage with the developer community
  • Interact with community members to identify and resolve satisfaction issues
