Hi, we're Qualia. We are designing software to help make home closings more efficient, saving homebuyers money and time and reducing industry fraud. Anytime a house is bought, there are enormous costs that go into the process of closing the deal. Qualia is building an enterprise software tool that is changing the way real-estate transactions are managed. We are based out of San Francisco and number 18 people. Job Description: This role is best suited for individuals who have a strong desire to see customers succeed and gain value from our platform. You’re a people person, out-going and passionate about engaging and helping customers . You have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that you work with. If this is you, there are a lot of people who are adopting our product and we would love your help in taking care of our customers!
- Prior experience in Customer Support equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention is a plus, but not necessary.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented and analytical.
- Strong team player but still a self-starter.
- Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
