Requirements

Because of our fast growth we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Support Representative for our driven and energetic Support team. You will support the Belgium and Dutch clients.

In this position you will be the first contact point for clients and members of the clubs/schools. You are aware of the importance to help customers in a correct and friendly manner. Customer satisfaction is highly important to us and we always do our best to help every customer to our best ability. With this it is important that you are proactive, flexible and are able to think about the further growth and development of our product and company.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help with the daily phone and email contact with clients and members
  • Onboarding of new clubs and users
  • Feedback calls
  • In direct contact with development and sales to help improve the product
  • Translations
  • Testing of new features
  • Visit clubs for evaluations


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You are a communication talent and team player
  • You have some experience in customer service
  • Flemish or Dutch is your native language and you’re fluent in English (French as a third language is a big plus)
  • You are an ambitious and proactive person
  • You are flexible and are able to multitask
  • You have some affinity and/or experience with financial services and are interested in sports
  • You have successfully finished an education on higher level (Bachelor)
