Customer Support Specialist

PROTOIO INC is a productivity tools software company. Its products aim at accelerating the product development lifecycle, by improving efficiency and bridging communication gaps in product teams. Proto.io is the flagship product of the company and an industry leading prototyping platform. Its latest product, Overflow, is the world’s first user flow diagramming tool tailored for designers.

As a Customer Support Specialist your responsibilities will include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software. Ultimately, you will help maintain our reputation as a company that offers an excellent customer support.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use our tools
  • Analyse and report product bugs
  • Update our internal records with information about issues and useful discussions/suggestions from customers
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

Requirements

  • Experience as a Technical Support Agent or similar role
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Customer-oriented attitude
