Customer Support Specialist

We are now we are looking for smart, ambitious and self-motivated Document Reviewers to join our team.

Supporting our Account Management team, you will be responsible for the administration and organisation of business documents required from our clients. You will be in direct contact with our customers and be the first point of contact for loan applicants, too. As you will be working closely with customers you will need to be communicative, good at listening, and confident.

Your role at iwoca will include:

  • Pre screening potential customers including verifying documents and making decisions based on applicants’ credit and other information
  • Managing and developing client relationships
  • Establishing best practice for client management
  • Handling inbound calls from potential customers
  • Supporting the Account Management team by performing some of the admin tasks for them
  • Overseeing a portfolio of accounts to make sure all necessary data is in place to make a lending decision
