Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Summary/Overview:

Equipment technician will be responsible for performing activities involved with the recovery of CVD tools from PM including qualifications. Technicians will perform preventative maintenance on CVD equipment and recovery equipment faults. Daily equipment process and equipment trend monitoring will be required, as is responding to interlocks in a timely manner. Documenting / communicating material from tool interruptions to Process team to ensure the material is measured and dispositioned correctly. Technician will interact with Shift Supervisor in scheduling PMs, delivering ETAs for tool recovery, Documenting/following standard operating procedures during PM execution is required. High energy with a focus on Quality and detail is required. All technicians will participate in site compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.

Specific Job Duties:

• Perform scheduled maintenance following detailed SOP
• Troubleshooting equipment failures
• Monitor and respond to abnormal equipment signals
• Work with senior personnel and engineers to perform troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance
• Correct and generate SOPs when required

• CWW, B-Shift, Nights


Skills and Qualifications:

Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools

• Two-year technical degree, equivalent military experience or if not available, 2-5 years direct applicable Semiconductor experience in High Volume Manufacturing Facilities
• 300mm Endura Producer
• Must have experience troubleshooting AMAT
• Must have high volume fabrication experience
• Expertise on AMAT robots is highly preferred
• Experience with LFM set up on AMAT tools preferred
• Must be able to follow SOP
