We’re looking for someone who, in addition to owning BI dashboards, will take an active role in researching business and product hypotheses from start to finish to help us make better decisions and steer the company towards exponential growth. What you'll do:
Investigate, gather knowledge, and prepare business analyses
Conduct Discovery with cross-functional stakeholders to identify data and metrics they need to solve their business problems
Propose your own analytical goals and observations that will drive the results of the company
Create, manage, and maintain reporting dashboards in a BI tool
Lead projects end-to-end from discovery to activation and post-launch in collaboration with a cross-functional team
Ideally, you'll bring with you:
Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with BI platforms (like Thoughtspot, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, or QlikView)
Advanced SQL knowledge for data extraction and transformation
Basic understanding of statistical & modeling concepts
Business savviness to connect data insights with company goals
Excitement to dig into our business processes to understand how data is generated
It will be awesome if you have:
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
Data Visualization expertise - advanced visualization techniques to create impactful, intuitive dashboards
Understanding of dashboard performance optimization
Experience with data transformation tools (preferably dbt)
Expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements
Ability to build relationships and collaborate across multiple teams
