Data Analyst, Customer Success

FloQast is searching for a Data Analyst who will be responsible for developing and managing reporting and analysis on all aspects of the Customer Success function. You love storytelling with data. You can do analysis beyond Excel using SQL and business intelligence tools. Your insights will directly impact how we run the Customer Success organization.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Collect, analyze, and evaluate usage data of existing customers to determine which attributes drive stickiness and retention
  • Distill down actionable insights from large datasets leveraging both your ability to analyze data and understand the business context
  • Quarterly and weekly churn, retention, and net retention tracking and projections
  • Monitoring of comp plan progression per team member and bonus distributions with Accounting
  • Expansion revenue tracking, projecting, and forecasting 
  • Provide analysis and recommendations for future team and customer strategy
  • Help establish consistent reporting of customers by product line and ARR associated
  • Data alignment and regular maintenance to ensure accuracy of data within Salesforce and Customer Contracts
  • Reviewing closed-won opportunities for accuracy and aligning with Accounting on proper recording of opportunities
  • Board deck preparation and metrics
  • Customer cohort trends by segment, tier, usage, and product
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals

Desired Qualities and Skills:

  • Proven experience in analytics, program management and/or operations
  • 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce
  • 1-2 years of experience at a SaaS company is a plus
  • Experience with structured query language and business intelligence tools
  • Master of Excel/Google Sheets and experience working with large amounts of data
