AT A GLANCE

Based on our company growth and recent acquisitions, RVO Health is seeking a Data Analyst to join our FP&A team. This person will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information regarding financial performance and future expectations, with a sharp focus on sales forecasting. Reporting directly to our Director of FP&A, this person will have an immediate impact on RVO Health's business units and daily exposure to our leadership team.

Note: This role will be participating in a hybrid work schedule and will require in-office work days in Fort Mill, SC.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop analytical framework to support and validate Sales revenue forecasting, including statistical analyses using both internal and external information
  • Operate monthly pacing procedure for all Healthline Media and Commerce products
  • Create and distribute monthly financial reporting package, including both quantitative and qualitative variance analysis.
  • Identify risks & opportunities vs. financial plan; liaise with business leaders to mitigate/capitalize
  • Support development of monthly presentation materials to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in annual + rolling financial planning & forecasting
  • Set, monitor, and distribute weekly KPI dashboard
  • Support detailed SG&A expense management initiatives
  • Support and maintain Healthline’s expense allocation procedure for development of operational P&Ls
  • Interface with product management to provide support on business case development and capital planning
  • Own and execute key projects to support business/financial processes
  • Provide operations decision support and ad-hoc management reporting; fulfill corporate FP&A information requests as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, etc.) preferred
  • 2+ years experience in an analytical role
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (fluency in Tables, Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA) preferred
  • Salesforce or other CRM/sales software experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities; curious, proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements a plus
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
