The Data Entry Clerk will play a critical role in finalizing and reconciliation of deliveries against Indigo contracts with end buyers. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for receiving all documents related to deliveries, uploading documents to TMS, reconciliation of deliveries against contracts and hand off to Order Management for payments to growers. This is an integral role that will help drive data integrity, and speed of payments to growers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Become Proficient in OCR Application and Manual Kuebix Uploads
  • Have Full understanding of Scale Ticket Data across multiple buyers
  • Have Full understanding of Settlement Data across multiple buyers
  • Work cross-functionally with Order Management and the Buyer Account Team to drive quicker grower payments and contract reconciliation
  • Identify System and Process Improvements to drive data integrity and productivity & Maintain acceptable tolerance (KPI Metrics)
    • Scale ticket entry <1 day from receipt
    • Reconciliation <1 day from receipt
    • 100% data entry accuracy.
  • Serve as Backup to Logistics Coordinators managing assigned loads with understanding of all systems required (Salesforce & TMS)

  • Experience with OCR Platforms a plus

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 Years Logistics or Agriculture Experience
  • Associates Degree or Higher Preferred
  • Based in Memphis, TN
  • Experience with enterprise systems and applications such as ERP, TMS, Salesforce
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
