Uniphore is looking for a Demand Gen Operation Specialist to join our global Demand Generation and Digital Marketing Team. We are looking for an individual contributor with some years of experience and tons of energy and interest in learning the future of demand generation and becoming a star marketer in our Team.
What you will be doing:
· Run marketing automation and set up marketing campaigns using Salesforce and Pardot
· Set-up marketing automation systems and their integration to other business systems
· Grow marketing generated pre-qualified leads
· Identify key optimization areas, then architect solutions and drive projects across teams to improve lead process infrastructure.
· Analyze the efficiency of our lead scoring and give feedback on balancing MQL quality, SDR capacity, and hitting targets.
· Build and improve the marketing reporting and analysis process and be able to show the marketing team's impact on revenue
· Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns that go through our marketing systems
· Report to the executive team on effectiveness of website, social channels, landing pages, and own site analytics.
· Work closely with the sales team to troubleshoot lead issues, capture feedback, and present them back to our team for improvements.
· Detail key processes and best practices to drive alignment and longevity of project impact.
What we are looking for:
· 5+ years’ experience in a Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations role
· Proficient in Salesforce
· Proficiency with marketing automation platforms like Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua
· Proficiency with WordPress or similar CMS, HTML and CSS
· Proficiency with Google Analytics. Data-driven with previous experience reporting on site metrics and providing insight to decision-makers
· Experience using ABM tools and marketing attribution tools.
· Working knowledge of effective SEO practices
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
