Must Haves: Experience working with relational databases. Experience using software like Excel, R, Stata, or Python. Strong analytical mindset. Enthusiasm for working collaboratively on teams. Ability to keep a cool head under pressure. Ability to distinguish between assumptions and facts. Strong attention to detail.
Nice to Haves: Proficiency in writing SQL queries independently. VAN administration experience. Field organizing experience. Experience using GIS applications like QGIS or ArcGIS. Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau.
