We built Harry’s with one simple belief: everyone deserves a great shave at a fair price. As such, we seek to provide our own brand of exceptional shaving products direct to our customers online (www.harrys.com).

We launched in March 2013, and have been blown away by the customer response since then. We’re now looking to bring amazing people, like you, together to redefine the way people interact with brands online.

The Team
At Harry’s, the Creative team brings the brand to life. We are involved in every aspect of the business – from setting direction for our site, to creating beautiful packaging to developing incredibly high quality products. As our brand grows, we’re adding key members to our tight-knit team who are interested in working in a fast-paced, design-driven, customer-focused environment. The Role
Elevated design is at the core of our brand, and communicated through a wide variety of materials. As graphic designer you'll work with our creative team and in partnerships with our product, retail, and brand teams to tell the Harry's story across packaging, in-store marketing, collateral, and other brand building initiatives. 
What You Will Do 
  • Own all aspects of Harry's look and feel across Print, Packaging, and in-store merchandising.
  • Build and manage design team to meet the evolving needs of the Harry's brand
  • Collaborate with product team to create packaging concepts and graphics for the full range of Harry's products
  • Concept long-term, systematic solutions, for packaging narrative in multiple purchase environments and geographies.
  • Develop  marketing materials that showcase the brand in special ways -- event invitations, publications, collateral Retail spaces etc.
  • Help to continually define visual language of a growing young brand.
  • Close collaboration with Art Director to express the Harry's brand through strong visual storytelling
  • Assure the harry's brand remains elevated and consistent across all design touch points
These Might Describe You
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic design
  • 7+ years of graphic design experience
  • Strong sense of layout, grid systems, and spacial problem solving.
  • Typographic excellence
  • Currently managing 1 - 3 creatives 
  • Passion for branding and POV on how it impacts quality perception, and customer perceptions.
  • Great taste in design, art, branding and visual culture.
  • Ability to be highly collaborative with multiple stakeholders across company 
  • Ability to translate abstract ideas into concrete output
  • Willingness and drive to do what's best for Harry's and our customers

Who You Will Work With 
  • As a part of the creative team you'll work directly with the Creative Director, and will be a close thought partner to our Art Director and physical product, and marketing teams.
