We're looking for an enthusiastic, data driven Operations Manager to be a resource, and support our thriving group of interior designers. Our ideal candidate is excited about analyzing data, driving insights, and creating the systems and processes to constantly ensure Havenly designers are efficient, happy, and successful.

What You’ll Do:
Own the systems, and processes, that enable the Havenly designers to function effectively, and happily - delivering beautiful designs to Havenly clients. Be a constant resource for the Havenly e-Designers - ensuring their questions are answered and that they are understanding and following processesObsess over performance - Constantly compiling, tracking, and analyzing design metrics to ensure (and prove) increased efficiency, and both designer and client happinessCarefully review Designer’s project work compared to client project notes/brief to ensure we are meeting client expectations and stated goals, providing feedback to designers when their deliverable and client needs aren’t aligned.Act as a project manager to keep track of client due dates and notify/check-in with designers to ensure on time delivery of projects.Thoughtfully execute - Don’t just execute, strategize. Beyond the day-to-day requirements of your role, you’re constantly thinking about why the design team is doing things and how they can do them better
