We're looking for a seasoned DevOps/Infrastructure engineer to work with a team of best-in-class software engineers to provide the expertise + hands-on development to automate the creation of cloud infrastructure (on GCP) necessary to power the data platform, including handling the necessary virtual networking required to ensure everything can securely communicate with internal, and external traffic.

You're able to:

Deploy, manage, and update systems in the cloud ranging from microservices, database clusters, and message brokers using IaC (Infrastructure-as-Code) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, etc.
Manage deployments of popular open-source systems such as Postgres, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Flask, and others
Design, and setup virtual networking in order to facilitate secure communication between internal platform components/systems AND limited external traffic between trusted sources
Maintain a CI/CD pipeline that runs in-the-cloud
Be available to communicate roughly during EST hours
Are excited to be embedded in a best-in-class engineering team, with which you'll attend agile planning sessions, and work collaboratively to launch/stand-up exciting new technology
Demonstrate strong proficiency with the following technologies:
○ Linux (specifically Ubuntu)
○ Docker (containerization, in general)
○ Kubernetes
Orchestrate, manage, and optimize machine learning pipelines with technologies like Kubeflow (or similar)
