Reporting to the Account Director, Rokt Calendar, the role of the Account Coordinator, Rokt Calendar is suited to a candidate who is wishing to build a successful career in client success, in a company with unlimited growth potential. The right candidate will ideally have 2-3 years experience in account management + support, face-to-face client interactions, and successfully navigating the adoption + implementation of technology through strategic initiatives and planning.

We are looking for a creative self starter who understands that customer health and overall satisfaction are keys to success. As the main point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, defining success plans with clearly articulated deliverables is critical. This role demands an articulate, energetic and entrepreneurial approach to customer service as you will be a primary support contact for Rokt Calendar customers. The role will also be responsible for onboarding clients, communicating new product features to existing customers, and working cross functionality to help support team-members in their advocacy for our technology to prospects.

This role will provide the successful candidate with professional growth, with a real opportunity for career progression and international travel as the company expands globally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own a book of key Rokt Calendar accounts and build relationships with existing customers
  • Ensure timely and successful onboarding of new Rokt Calendar accounts
  • Train customers on the use of our technology products and surface opportunities for optimization
  • Interface with product team to ensure customers’ projects are delivered on time and of the highest quality
  • Closely monitor success metrics and conduct regular reviews with customers to strategize opportunities for improvement
  • Disseminate product best practices and specific advice regarding Rokt Calendar usage across client marketing touch points such as Web, Email, Social, On-Air, and App.
  • Respond to client requests regarding products, support inquiries, and implementation
  • Interface with support & engineering to resolve customer support issues/questions
  • Escalate critical customer issues; provide a summary of the overall ‘health’ of the account and use of our service
  • Serve as an advocate for your customers in driving the improvement and evolution of our products and services
  • Establish and build strong customer relationships over time that allow for continuity, and ongoing representation and retention
  • Provide input to Product Managers on new services/products/features requested by clients
  • Interface with Marketing to assist with the creation of case studies, hero examples


  • Bachelor’s degree (Advertising, Marketing, or other aligned field); some relevant prior experience be it by way of permanent, casual or internship role (digital experience preferred but not required)
  • Passionate about growing brands' digital footprint - within the food & beverage and subscription retail verticals, and more
  • Tech Savvy - Comfortable using online marketing and email platforms to communicate across teams & measure performance
  • Effective Communicator - Keeps others informed and up to date on his/her priorities, current tasks and work completed. Welcomes constructive criticism for career development
  • Creative Thinker - Approaches projects, proposals, and account optimizations with a creative lens. Able to interpret and extract insight from data & convey in an effective manner
  • Problem solver - Approaches problems with common sense and practical solutions orientation
  • Highly Organized Self-Starter- Responds well under pressure and is able to prioritize & complete tasks efficiently & effectively. Bias to speed yet detail-oriented
  • Self driven entrepreneurial spirit
  • Positive, can-do attitude & a fun personality
  • (Preferred) Experience with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Tableau, and Hubspot (not required but viewed favorably)
