Reporting to the Account Director, Rokt Calendar, the role of the Account Coordinator, Rokt Calendar is suited to a candidate who is wishing to build a successful career in client success, in a company with unlimited growth potential. The right candidate will ideally have 2-3 years experience in account management + support, face-to-face client interactions, and successfully navigating the adoption + implementation of technology through strategic initiatives and planning.
We are looking for a creative self starter who understands that customer health and overall satisfaction are keys to success. As the main point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, defining success plans with clearly articulated deliverables is critical. This role demands an articulate, energetic and entrepreneurial approach to customer service as you will be a primary support contact for Rokt Calendar customers. The role will also be responsible for onboarding clients, communicating new product features to existing customers, and working cross functionality to help support team-members in their advocacy for our technology to prospects.
