Digital Ad Ops Coordinator

Intersection is looking for a Digital Ad Ops Coordinator to join the New York team! This position is to ensure flawless execution of digital campaigns across Intersection’s digital assets in key markets by developing and managing an efficient workflow. This includes, but not limited to, maintaining and communicating technical specs to sales internally and local agencies/clients, securing campaign creative from sales/agencies/clients, testing campaign creative for compliance with outlined specs and accurately trafficking ads in various CMS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily administration of scheduling and trafficking of all digital ads
  • Responsible for scheduling digital contracts in key markets
    • Work with Account Executives and clients to get creative files on time
    • Ensure digital files are properly set up
    • Schedule & monitor all contracts in content management system
    • Generate PoP reports and provide specific delivery information if requested
  • Works with Digital Ad Ops manager to streamline and run flawless ad ops operations across all Intersection’s digital assets
    • Increases scheduling efficiency by regularly optimizing workflow
  • Works with the larger digital team on digital ad ops and digital inventory management projects
    • Independently manages occasional digital content management projects

Skills required:

  • 1-2 years in digital ad ops including trafficking and scheduling digital assets
  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills are required
  • Digital Signage, digital place-based, digital out-of-home experience is preferred
  • Experience in ad tech project management is a plus
  • Experience using various CMS systems is a plus
