As Assistant, Digital Advertising Operations, you will provide exceptional support for multiple accounts by performing assigned tasks including campaign setup, ad trafficking, pacing and optimizations, tagging, reporting, screenshots, content creation, and troubleshooting.
What you'll do:
- Work within various ad platforms including DV360, Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, The Trade Desk, and more
- Audit data quality and implement fixes and updates where needed
- Communicate with internal team members to ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Communicate with project lead(s) to attain details required to complete tasks successfully and without error
- Receive and incorporate feedback to improve performance and efficiency on assigned tasks
- Support team in developing more efficient processes and solutions
What we're looking for:
- 1+ years of experience in digital service desk experience
- Experience with digital marketing language or digital marketing (programmatic, paid social, paid search), previous ad ops experience
- Hands on keyboard ad ops and/or campaign management experience within Google platforms, particularly DV360, Campaign Manager, and Google Ads
- Ability to prioritize tasks that change frequently and manage unexpected demands
- Analytical ability and problem-solving skills
- Solid computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Nice to haves: Working knowledge of Photoshop and working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript codes
