Digital Marketing Analyst

As a Digital Marketing Analyst with RVO Health, you will have a variety of opportunities to learn, grow, and build your experience. Specific to the role, you will dive deep into marketing data and brainstorm along creative and website teams to drive full funnel testing strategies with the goal of creating the best user experience for our consumers.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the daily execution of media buying and analysis across digital marketing channels, such as paid search, paid social, affiliates, and native ads.
• Analyze data & profitability, and ensure flawless execution of day-to-day tasks
• Perform and monitor A/B tests making optimizations based on the tests and analysis to drive the business forward
• Collaborate across marketing, creative and engineering teams to analyze, explore ideas and implement full-funnel testing strategy across the business
• Above all else you’ll be the owner of your work and the projects that you’re responsible for

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ months of professional/ internship experience
• Experience in paid media platforms, such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, or similar platforms.
• Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) a plus
• Experience with Excel, DataGrip, SQL, or Tableau would be a bonus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Scrappy, tenacious, and self-motivated
• Passionate about working in a dynamic, fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $65,000- $75,000 
  *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
