  • Develop and pitch social media plans and campaigns
  • Execute ongoing and approved campaigns according to client brand guidelines
  • Create new shareable memes, content, and engagement opportunities
  • Reply to customers and public figures through brand accounts
  • Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
  • Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
  • Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content
  • Optimizes content following search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC)
  • Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
  • Assists social media management with large projects, events, and community management
  • Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
  • Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
  • Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
  • Works with marketing and social media team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy
  • Writes and distributes e-newsletters to subscribers
  • Manages social media communications
  • Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize
  • Manage our social media platform
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools
  • Work with graphics designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with guest service team
  • Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
  • write long- and short-form social media messages that attract new users and engage current users
  • use data to analyze what’s working, what’s not, and reinforce or refocus key messages accordingly
  • help convert our brand fans into loyal customers with engaging, responsive, responsible, surprising, and captivating social media interaction
  • At least one year of experience working in social media
  • Excellent writing and reading comprehension skills required
  • Experience using photo and video content creation apps or social media scheduling and analytic tools.
