Digital Marketing Director

The company offers services to its members including programming, consulting, events, and office-as-a-service, which together create the perfect ecosystem and community for innovation to thrive. Select startup alumni include Uber, Spotify, Practice Fusion, Leap Motion and Domo.


As part of the marketing team, you will own all-things-digital and be the digital marketing expert for RocketSpace when it comes to websites, social media channels, ESPs and other digital marketing tools. RocketSpace is expanding globally and we need someone who understands how to best represent our brand digitally worldwide and optimize for localization. This person will report to the VP of Marketing.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be leading the effort of a new global marketing website and its continued optimization.
  • Work with a cross-functional marketing team to ensure that the website supports all business units marketing initiatives and goals.
  • Provide optimization recommendations based on A/B testing.
  • Oversee the social media marketing strategy for our target customers.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on creating a fully integrated marketing platform.

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience
  • You are an SEO ninja
  • Experience creating and managing global websites, including Europe, Asia and the Americas.
  • Understand the principles of great web design and the important role of UX/UI.
  • Ability to work independently and manage to overarching goals.
  • Well-versed with marketing automation software and the role it needs to play with an international website.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills
  • You’re a project management ninja with exceptional attention to detail and follow up.
  • A solid understanding of inbound marketing methodology
  • Strong analytical abilities.  You love working with data, analyzing outcomes, and scoping out key insights to establish continuous optimization.  
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment where you may have to wear multiple hats.
  • High impact personality: ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused and metrics-driven
  • Organization and time management skills, rigor, attention to details
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems required
  • Understand lead scoring, CRM integration and list uploads.
  • Bachelor’s Degree; Marketing preferred
