The Digital Marketing team at improbable is a small, but core team within the business. The team works across every product line and business unit and has a reputation for on time delivery and quality work, especially in regards to websites, events and product campaigns. It’s time for the team to expand and move from a competent capability to a team that is driving real business impact.
Areas of impact
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Improbable you will be integral in helping this team to drive impact with a focus on customer engagement with our brand and products and driving engaged marketing qualified leads. You’re required to have a start up mentality and a broad range of skills across: advertising, SEO, web, email marketing, and social media. We’re looking for someone who has enough experience to work both independently and with agencies to get channels up and running to a high standard. It’s crucial that you can lead projects and ensure they are successful by looping in the right people and communicating deadlines and decisions effectively.
Improbable has grown dramatically with acquisitions (zeuz and MPG) in the games technology space, 3 games studios and our defence business continuing to grow at a rapid rate. If you’re interested in working across a broad range of products, varying customers and lots of stakeholders, this is the role for you. Currently, the digital team supports all of our business units with website projects, campaigns, product releases and events (to name a few), so you’ll have plenty of variety across technology, gaming and defence.
We'd like to hear from you if you identify with the following:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience across all digital competencies: ads, web, social, seo etc
- Able to showcase digital campaigns/projects they have worked on or led from start to finish and their successful results
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities from strategy and planning to execution
- A data driven mindset able to set and report on clear KPIs using Google Analytics and supporting tools such as SEMRush, a sales CRM and email marketing tools
- Great communication skills for stakeholder and team management, written updates and presentations
