We are looking for an experience digital marketer to increase the productivity of the Paytronix website found at www.paytronix.com and to up level the company’s social media strategy. The kind of stuff you’ll be doing:

  • Develop a strategy for increasing website traffic
  • Manage digital ad budget and make recommendations for improvements
  • Present a strategy to improve search ranking on key terms and phrases and execute it
  • Collaborate with the team, writers, and designers to optimize content for SEO
  • Manage website content and updates
  • Maximize website visits and conversions
  • Create a social media strategy designed to increase reach and conversion
  • Develop a paid social media plan and execute on it
  • Write and manage social media posts
  • Measure and report results to team and leadership
  • Detect changes in market conditions and alert the team
  • Establish and maintain vendor/partner relationships
  • Keep up to date on the latest website and social media trends

The kind of skills and experience you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience doing digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong writing ability for social media
  • Creativity and experience in testing and experimentation
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns
  • Experience with WordPress, Umbraco, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Pardot, and Salesforce
  • Proven aptitude in translating data to action
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM social media and digital advertising
  • Proven ability to set and achieve digital marketing goals
  • Proficiency in using video and photo editing tools like Photoshop Elements
  • Intermediate MS Office Suite skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
