We’re looking for a motivated and experienced marketer to own digital marketing at Lever. Your job will be to deliver marketing qualified leads (MQLs) through paid and organic channels across the different segments of our business so that more companies know about and take advantage of our game-changing software.
We’re building a world-class marketing organization and assembling the right team to continue scaling aggressively. After reviewing the state of our paid digital campaigns as well as Lever.co, you will work closely with the Director of Demand Generation/Marketing team to craft and execute an integrated plan that clearly outlines how these channels will contribute to our KPIs such as: increasing traffic to the website, conversions across all sources, conversions across the funnel pipeline and bookings.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be fearless in trying new tactics, you will apply both a creative and analytical frame to your work, and all the while, you will keep the customer experience top of mind. Our coworker is hands-on, collaborative, self-motivated, analytical, and passionate about driving results. It's critical that you are detail-oriented and comfortable managing and expanding a complex account.
