The Digital Marketing Manager position is located at our company headquarters in Santa Monica, CA. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing, monitoring and advancing the performance of TaskUs’ advertising operations, implementing new marketing channels, and supporting all digital efforts of the Marketing team. The primary objective is to drive inbound leads using a blend of paid, organic and other tactics including but not limited to SEM, SEO, list building, and cold email marketing. The Digital Marketing Manager will also be responsible for nurturing existing leads through marketing automation and effective CRM management, measure the effectiveness of all marketing channels and optimize marketing efforts on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)

  • Digital Advertising:
    • Build search, display, remarketing, and video campaigns across Google, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to optimize for conversions, lowering CPC, decreasing conversion costs
    • Optimize campaigns using locations, device, placement, keywords, match types, time of day, negative keywords, ad copy, display images, placements, bid strategies, and max CPC
    • Create advertising campaigns for all website content (whitepapers, case studies, etc.)
    • Use Salesforce data for top accounts to market to executives at companies we are prospecting with display advertising
    • Leverage middle-of-the-funnel content to increase deal velocity and close rates
  • Website Analytics and SEO:
    • Use Google Analytics and Google Webmaster tools to track website visitors, conversion funnels, channel performance, and SEO opportunities
    • Build out super metrics reporting to automate report generation from Google Analytics
    • Key metrics to improve are: Bounce Rates, Pages Per Session, Average Session Length, Form Submissions, and overall Traffic
    • Optimize all webpages for SEO including: alt tags, meta data, headers, redirects, and keyword density
  • Email Marketing:
    • Create customizable content drip campaigns to nurture leads
  • CRM:
    • Track all lead sources, manage all email notifications, and make sure all leads are being sent to the CRM



  • Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of the conversion funnel
  • Strategic thinker - the ability to make data-driven business decisions
  • Quick learner – must be eager to independently learn about the latest technologies, solutions and platforms
  • Comfortable thinking on your feet and working through ambiguity
  • A passion for technology
  • Extensive experience with the following platforms: Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Advertising, Salesforce, and WordPress. Experience with the following platforms is a plus: SalesLoft, Mattermark, Yesware, ZoomInfo, Act-On, Conductor, Unbounce, and Terminus.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 3+ years of SEO and SEM experience in B2B environment
  • Have independently developed and ran digital advertising campaigns
