The team
Our Marketing team creates world-class content and data-driven marketing solutions that communicates the value of DocuSign’s Agreement Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business. We design creative for a new business campaign. Refine messaging around new product launches. Organize captivating customer events. Develop innovative social media campaigns. Collaborate on playbooks and training with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.

 

This position
The Digital Business Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to help engage, monetize, and retain Digital Business customers across their lifecycle. This includes generating revenue by running promotional marketing campaigns and gathering customer insights to drive continual improvement of marketing content. You will support the Digital Business team by partnering with Marketing Operations, Creative Services, eCommerce, Web Marketing and Product teams.

This position reports to the Director, Web and Mobile Customer Marketing. 

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and execute multi-channel promotional marketing campaigns
  • Partner with Creative Services to develop campaign assets
  • Partner with the Marketing Operations and Product teams to automate campaign targeting and personalization
  • Conduct A/B tests and leverage results to optimize campaigns
  • Partner with international marketing teams to localize campaigns
  • Partner with Customer Insights team to generate content for Self-service/Digital Business customers
  • Support ad-hoc marketing requests (e.g. Real Estate, Adoption & Growth programs)

 

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of related experience
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce.com, Eloqua, Magento, Google Analytics and Qlik
  • Basic proficiency in HTML
  • Highly analytical and metrics-driven; ability to drive insights and trends from data
  • Results-oriented with skill in driving results with cross-functional teams
  • Creative problem-solver and analytical thinker
  • Highly motivated, organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
