We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team in our office in Mendrisio, Switzerland. Our marketing operations are focused on leads acquisition and growth across a variety of digital channels including organic, paid channels, communities and online and offline events. The person we are looking for is passionate about digital marketing and growth strategies, has an analytical mindset with a strong passion for growth marketing strategies, paid channels such AdWords, Facebook Advertising and LinkedIn advertising. You will work with a senior team of marketers, engineers and developers with a strong data-driven approach to measure and optimize our funnel and our marketing operations, using a set of tools and processes.

Experience with content marketing strategies and experience in the e-learning industry is a strong plus.

We built our digital marketing operations as a data-driven area of the company with a strong relationship with our development and engineering team: you will have the opportunity to learn how to drive and measure campaigns across different countries using a set of popular tools for content marketing, SEO and funnel analysis.

You will report to our Marketing Director for Digital.


This position is based in our Mendrisio's offices (Switzerland, Ticino).


What you do as Digital Marketing Specialist

  • You will support our digital marketing vision and strategy.
  • Design, execute and report on paid-oriented digital marketing channels including Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, LinkedIn Advertising, Reddit ADV and others.
  • Monitor, designa and implement SEO-oriented campaigns using a set of different tools.
  • Setup and perform regular reports on our digital activities with a particular attention to ROI, CAC and conversion rate across our entire funnel.
  • Learn how to measure, design and engineer our in-page conversions relying on tools and on our engineering team.
  • Design, optimise and increase our content-marketing strategy working with internal and external stakeholders and measuring results through our internal tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, Cloud Academy KPI Dashboards etc.)
